Large capacity seamless steel cylinders

Large capacity seamless steel gas cylinders are mainly used to the transport CNG (compressed natural gas). The cylinders which can storage natural gas under pressure 20Mpa  25Mpa are made of 4130X seamlesssteel tube.We developed a corporate standard Q/LZB1-2016 Large  capacity seamless steel gas cylinders according to the authority of the US standards  relevant international standards.Our standard make the strict rules in design,manufacture,inspection  acceptance for this type of cylinders.

The results

The cylinder’s practical  explosion pressure is  less than 2.5 times rated working pressure. After exploded the cylinder’s gap is at the bottom of the body. it doesn’t  generate fragment,the detonate experiment is up to standrad.Base cylinder’s  ertical incision are orderly  well-distributed.Which conforms with the standard.
