Pipe bundle container gas discharge operation method

1) Enter the work area, stop the vehicle, open the operation compartment door, move the brake air control valve to the braking position;

3) Connect the loading unloading hoses on the station with the filling joints in the operation chamber to ensure that the connections are in place. The hoses should run smoothly, dead bends distortions are strictly prohibited.

4) First confirm that the main control valve of the tube bundle the valve of the gas discharge station are closed, then open the cylinder valve of each gas cylinder one by one, then slowly open the pressure control valve of the operation chamber gas discharge then close it, slowly open the gas discharge valve of the gas discharge station. Vent most of the gas in the hose, then close the vent valve in the vent station.

5) After the hose air replacement is completed, open the main control ball valve before filling the connector, slowly open the valve of the gas discharge station, gas discharge begins.

6) After the degassing is completed, the residual pressure of at least 0.05 MPa should be retained. The degassing valve the main control valve of the container pipe bundle should be closed. Slowly open the vent valve of the degassing station to exhaust the gas in the hose remove the hose. Disconnect the hose after applying pressure.

7) Close the valve of each cylinder one by one, the degassing operation is completed. Release the brake air-brake valve close the operation door.
